Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases, however, for whatever reason - you don't want to keep what you have ordered, we want to make things as easy as possible for you to return them.

All you need to do in order to return something is download our returns form and send us a copy along with your unwanted items. All we ask is you make sure you return your order within 14 days of receiving it or when the first attempt at delivery has been made; only unworn items in their packaging may be returned.


  • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
· Download our returns form

· Print and fill out the form (or email a copy to: theoldfarmhousejewellery@gmail.com)

· Let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange

· Package up items to be returned including the form

· Send to The Old Farmhouse Jewellery, 3 Rosevean Terrace, Penzance, Cornwall, TR182AP


  • NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

· Sale or promotional items

· Altered or customised jewellery

· Limited edition pieces

· Pierced jewellery such as earrings


  • RECEIVING A REFUND

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email with details of the refund. If approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.


  • RECEIVING AN EXCHANGE

If you requested an exchange item of the same value, your new order will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received, inspected, and postage costs paid. If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched; you will receive instructions on how to do this via email.
