FAQ'S

Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions...

Yes, Under 10's, and under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

If the chain comes off keep it safe and pop in to see us. We will simply resolder the bracelet (there will be a charge of £5 for re-soldering).

If you need the bracelet removed for any reason, simply cut the bracelet at the jump ring and keep the chain safe for when you want to come back and have your bracelet re-welded.

Don't want the bracelet to be permanent anymore? We can remove it and add a clasp for you instead.

As this is a personalised, made to measure piece, we do not offer refunds on this product.

Absolutely! We operate on a drop-in only basis. Our opening times are at the top of this page however feel free to contact us prior to your visit to check, especially if you are making a special trip. Keep an eye on our social media for updates too.

Gold filled uses a mechanical process to bond a layer of gold to a brass base metal using heat and pressure. Gold-filled items are perfect if you’re looking for material that is higher quality than gold-plated, but an affordable alternative to solid gold. Unlike gold-plated, gold-filled can last a lifetime if taken care of and isn’t affected by water or hot weather. It is also tarnish-free under normal conditions.

Of course! We can create anklets and necklaces. If you need to be able to remove the jewellery, we can always add a clasp.

Yes of course. We have a wide range of charms and semi-precious beads which can be added to your jewellery. We can match a birth month, personalised charms and more!
